WHAT DOES DUBAI PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE MEAN?

A study via the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Protection tested eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 from the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It located that all 8 samples were being considered "faulty". Five in the items sampled contained fats aside from cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in products labelled "chocolate" in Germany.It
